Note: The 24-hour monitoring window will close two hours prior to the time you select.
Monitoring between 12:00AM - 12:00AM
Beginning in March of 2012, the 24-hour monitoring window reflected on the rain report will be from 5:00AM - 5:00AM. At approximately 5:30AM you will receive an email with preliminary rainfall totals. At approximately noon, you will receive another email showing the final quality-controlled totals. In preparation for the change, your 24-hour monitoring window will be established from 5:00AM - 5:00AM. Until March, the rain report will go through the complete quality control process, and you will receive only one report at approximately 7:30AM.

Monthly Billing
Frozen precipitation creates an unavoidable variance in the accuracy of the reports we provide. During a hail or snow event, you will receive a report, but it will not reflect the amount of frozen precipitation on the ground. If you are located in an area prone to snow, you might consider selecting a date to discontinue the service for the season.
Annual Billing
Frozen precipitation creates an unavoidable variance in the accuracy of the reports we provide. During a hail or snow event, you will still receive a report, but it will not reflect the amount of frozen precipitation on the ground. If you are located in an area prone to snow, you might consider selecting a different billing option.

Daily Report
A summary of all rainfall detected on your site the previous day. *You will only receive a report when it rains over .10" on your property.
Monthly Report
A summary of all rainfall detected over the course of a month on your site. The data is broken down by day and also presented as a monthly total.
Daily + Monthly Report
A summary of all rainfall detected on your site the previous day, plus, of all rainfall detected over the course of a month on your site.
Rainfall Alert
Once a predetermined amount of rain has been detected on your property, you receive an alert.
